We understand that seniors (>65 years old) may not be in the best financial situation, so we do provide service to full time student or seniors at DISCOUNTED rates.

1. To qualify for the gift certificate the new patient referred must not have ever previously visited/attended AK GLOBAL DENT

2. To qualify for the gift certificate the recipient of the gift certificate cannot be part of a government subsidized scheme.

3. is valid for redemption on any service at AK GLOBAL DENT , but cannot be used to purchase products

for the redemption and use of the recipient only
is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

4. The Gift Certificate issued

cannot be redeemed for cash
cannot be used with any other offer or gift certificate/voucher
is valid for redemption on any service at AK GLOBAL DENT, but cannot be used to purchase products
any unused value cannot be carried over past the expiry date.
the gift certificate is for the redemption and use of the person named on the gift certificate only
is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
is posted or emailed to the address on file and must be presented at the time of appointment

5. at any time, we reserve the right to:

Make changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Terminate, modify or suspend the programme.
