Additionally, once your referred friend visits us for their first appointment, we’ll give them an AK GLOBAL DENT Gift Certificate to use at their next appointment.

To qualify for the gift certificate the new patient referred must not have ever previously visited/attended AK GLOBAL DENT
To qualify for the gift certificate the recipient of the gift certificate cannot be part of a government subsidized scheme.
Referring patient’s name must be recorded at the time of booking and must be an active patient of AK GLOBAL DENT.
The Gift Certificate issued to the referring patient
1. cannot be redeemed for cash
2. cannot be used with any other offer or gift certificate/voucher
is valid for redemption on any service at AK GLOBAL DENT , but cannot be used to purchase products
1. for the redemption and use of the recipient only
2. is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
The Gift Certificate issued to the new patient
1. cannot be redeemed for cash
2. cannot be used with any other offer or gift certificate/voucher
is valid for redemption on any service at AK GLOBAL DENT , except the first visit and cannot be used to purchase products
1. for the redemption and use of the recipient only
2. is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
3. is scaled according to age. Children 6-17yr are eligible to receive a gift certificate to the value of 50% of the adult equivalent gift certificate. Children under 6yr are not eligible to receive a gift certificate.
Letter and gift certificate must be presented at the time redemption
At any time, we reserve the right to:
1. Make changes to the Terms and Conditions;
2. Terminate, modify or suspend the programme.
